Flinders Port Holdings undertook a series of projects from 2021 – 2022 to improve the port at Port Pirie for users across the region. Given the scale of the works, multiple project managers were assigned to the projects to ensure appropriate oversight, assurance and quality of work.

- PP Berth 5 Sheet Pile Wall – Blast / Paint
- PP Berth 8.5 – 9.5 – Blast / Paint & Fender Installation
- PP Berth 10 – Blast / Paint & Fender Installation
- PP Berth 5 Wharf Edge Resurface.
Separate to these works, the Department for Infrastructure and Transport and the Port Wakefield to Port Augusta Alliance undertook the Title H Port Pirie Site Remediation Project. The remediation works occurred at Berths 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 and involved the pavement of all unsurfaced areas within the Port Pirie Wharf precinct.
