Congratulations to Sarah, a recent graduate of the Flinders Ports Cadetship through The One and All Tall Ship.
Each year FPH works in conjunction with The One and All Tall Ship to recruit a cadet from a diverse background. The cadetship is a 12-month program that provides a unique opportunity for young people to gain employment in the maritime industry. The cadetship aims to create future leaders through the variety of experiences offered during the cadet’s journey.
Once the cadet has graduated from the program, they are then able to complete work experience within the FPH business. This includes a rotation working with our VTS, Security, HydroSurvey, FACT and MST teams to provide an insight into our operations and the many moving parts across FPH.
We also now welcome Maddie, our newest cadet, who is about to begin her 12-month journey.
